    1. Introduction

    Welcome to cashed.gg. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform, which facilitates the sale of eligible virtual in-game cosmetic items for real-world currency. By using the site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

    This platform is operated by Antonovka Software Sp. z o.o., a Polish company registered under KRS number 0001150081 with office at Al. Pokoju 81E, 31-564 Cracow. Share capital: 5,000.00 zł.

    Item purchases and sales may be processed by Michał Jabczyk, NIP: 6821801796, REGON: 525334051, al. Pokoju 81E lok. 76, 31-564 Kraków.

    Payments and other services may be provided by third-party partners.

    2. Eligibility

    • You must be at least 18 years of age;
    • You must be a natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf (not representing any legal entity or organization);
    • You must be legally capable of entering into a legally binding transaction;
    • You must not be a resident or citizen of, and must not access the site from, any of the following countries or territories: The Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, The British Overseas Territory of the British Virgin Islands, The Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, The Islamic Republic of Iran, The Republic of Cuba, The Republic of Cyprus, The Russian Federation, The Syrian Arab Republic, the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, or The State of Israel.

    By using the platform, you warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to deny or terminate access to users who do not meet these conditions.

    3. Description of Service

    Cashed.gg offers a service through which users can sell eligible virtual in-game cosmetic items from supported games. Once a trade is initiated, the platform provides a price offer, arranges the item transfer, and processes a payout in selected currency using supported payment methods after the transaction finalizes.

    By engaging in a transaction, you confirm that you are the rightful owner of the items, that they have been lawfully acquired, and that you are authorized to sell them. The platform may not be used for money laundering, fraud, or any other illicit activity.

    Once a tradeoffer is completed, the sale is considered final and cannot be reversed by user. We reserve the right to cancel a transaction and return virtual items to the seller if we suspect fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms. We may also cancel transactions due to technical errors or other issues outside of our control.

    We reserve the right to reject, suspend, or delay any transaction at our discretion, including for reasons related to fraud prevention, suspicious activity, technical error, or violation of these Terms. We may request KYC (Know Your Customer) data, proof of account ownership, and proof of virtual item ownership. Such data will be removed within 30 days after the necessary actions are taken, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

    4. Payments and Fees

    Payouts are issued following the successful completion of a trade and are processed via third-party payment providers. The user is solely responsible for ensuring that the provided payout details are accurate.

    • Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and fraud checks.
    • Applicable transaction or withdrawal fees are the responsibility of the user.
    • All payouts are made in the currencies supported by the platform at the time of transaction.

    5. User Conduct and Restrictions

    By using the platform, you agree not to:

    • Submit or trade any items obtained through unauthorized, fraudulent, or illegal means;
    • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform;
    • Attempt to manipulate platform pricing, abuse refund systems, or reverse payments after successful withdrawal;
    • Engage in money laundering, fraud, or other illicit activity.

    Any violation of these provisions may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your access to the platform, and may be reported to the appropriate legal authorities.

    6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

    Use of cashed.gg is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to the service. The operation of the site may be interfered with by numerous factors outside of our control.

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

    • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
    • Game bans, trade restrictions, or item value fluctuations;
    • Delays or failures caused by third-party systems or providers.

    You use the platform at your own risk.

    7. Account Suspension and Termination

    We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to cashed.gg at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in suspicious activity, or pose a risk to the platform's integrity.

    8. Amendments to the Terms

    We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on the website. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice through the platform or via email where possible.

    Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

    9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Poland.
